The controller of your personal data is Agencja Interaktywna Lupage.pl Damian Lutomski, ul. Zygmunta Sierakowskiego 49b, 64-000 Kościan, the operator of the LiveCup service. In all matters concerning the processing of personal data and the exercise of your rights, you can contact us at: [email protected].
2. What Data We Process
We process only the data necessary to provide the service. In particular, this includes:
- your email address (used for login and for transactional messages);
- your first name or display name shown to other participants;
- your password, stored exclusively in a hashed form (we never store it in plain text);
- your predictions and results in the tournaments in which you take part;
- basic technical logs (e.g. IP address, date and type of request) created automatically.
3. Purposes and Legal Basis
We process your data in order to provide the service, that is to operate your account and enable participation in tournaments — the legal basis is the performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We also send transactional emails (email verification, password reset), which is necessary to provide the service. To the extent we process technical logs to ensure the security and stability of the service, the legal basis is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not carry out marketing or profiling, and we do not make automated decisions producing legal effects concerning you.
4. Retention Period
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists, that is until you delete it or submit a request for its removal. We retain technical logs for a limited period necessary to ensure security, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
5. Cookies
We use exclusively strictly necessary cookies. These are a session cookie (lc_session, set as httpOnly) used to keep you logged in, and a cookie storing your language preference. We do not use any analytics, advertising or marketing cookies, and we do not share your data with third parties for such purposes. Because we rely solely on strictly necessary cookies, we do not display a cookie consent banner and we do not ask for consent to cookies.
6. Data Recipients
Your data may be entrusted to providers that support the operation of the service, namely our hosting provider (server infrastructure) and our email provider (SMTP delivery of transactional messages). We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
7. Your Rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
