1. General Provisions
These terms of service set out the rules for using the LiveCup service, operated by Agencja Interaktywna Lupage.pl Damian Lutomski, ul. Zygmunta Sierakowskiego 49b, 64-000 Kościan. Acceptance of these terms is a condition of using the service. By creating an account you declare that you have read these terms and accept them.
2. Definitions
- Service — the LiveCup web application made available by the operator.
- User — a natural person who uses the Service, having created an Account.
- Account — the set of resources and settings assigned to a User, accessible after logging in.
- Tournament — a set of matches within which Users submit their predictions.
- Tournament Administrator — the User who creates a Tournament and enters the results of matches.
- Prediction — a User's forecast of the result of a given match.
3. Account and Registration
Using the Service requires creating an Account by providing a genuine email address, which is subject to verification. The User is responsible for keeping their password confidential and for actions taken using their Account. Each person may hold one Account. Providing false data or impersonating another person is not allowed.
4. Rules of Use
Within the Service, Users may create Tournaments, invite other players to them, and submit predictions for the results of matches. The creator of a Tournament acts as its Administrator and enters the actual results of matches, while the remaining players submit their predictions. The ranking is calculated automatically based on the accuracy of predictions, according to the rules of a given Tournament.
5. User Content
Content provided by Users, including the names of Tournaments and teams, must not infringe the law or the rights and personal interests of third parties. It is prohibited to publish unlawful, offensive, vulgar content, content that incites hatred, or otherwise inappropriate content. The operator may remove such content and block the Account of the User who provided it.
6. Nature of the Service
LiveCup is an entertainment and prediction service intended purely for fun. The Service is not a gambling service and does not enable betting for money. No real stakes are paid in, and the points and rankings earned have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money or any other tangible benefit.
7. Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis, to the extent permitted by law. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Service and reserves the right to maintenance breaks. The operator is not liable for content provided by Users or for the manner in which they use the Service.
8. Complaints
Complaints regarding the operation of the Service may be submitted to [email protected]. We will consider a complaint without undue delay, no later than within 30 days of receiving it, and we will inform the User of the outcome at the email address provided.
9. Changes to the Terms
The operator may amend these terms, in particular for legal or technical reasons or due to the development of the Service. Users will be informed of changes. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of them.
10. Final Provisions
These terms are governed by Polish law. In matters not regulated here, the relevant provisions of generally applicable law apply. The date these terms take effect is: June 5, 2026.
